Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team and help us design, develop, and implement solutions that meet our needs and expectations. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, creating and testing prototypes, and ensuring the quality and performance of the final product. You will also collaborate with other developers, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure the alignment of the solution with the best practices and standards of Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand the business processes and challenges of the clients and propose solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform.
  
  
• Design and document the technical architecture and components of the solution, including data models, security, integration, and custom development.
  
  
• Develop and test prototypes and proof-of-concepts using Salesforce tools and technologies, such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.
  
  
• Provide guidance and support to the development team and ensure the adherence to the coding standards and best practices.
  
  
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and quality assurance to ensure the delivery of high-quality and scalable solutions.
  
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide post-deployment support and maintenance.
  
  
• Communicate effectively with the clients and stakeholders and present the solution architecture and design to various audiences.
  
  
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Salesforce and share the knowledge and best practices with the team.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor-s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  
  
• At least 15 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
  
  
• Certified Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect or equivalent.
  
  
• Strong knowledge and experience in Salesforce tools and technologies, such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Salesforce APIs, and SOQL.
  
  
• Experience in designing and implementing complex solutions using Salesforce features and functionalities, such as custom objects, workflows, triggers, process builders, flows, reports, and dashboards.
  
  
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems and applications using RESTful and SOAP web services, middleware, and ETL tools.
  
  

• Experience in using Salesforce development tools and environments, such as Visual Studio Code, Salesforce DX, Git, and DevOps.
  
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
